No drink water in the room; or no coffee maker

The location is good and staff is friendly.

The room and carpets had a musky odor from dampness in the room (not healthy to sleep in this environment). The pillows were not firm at all, and mattress was very soft. Hard to sleep. Internet was also spotty. Will not be back t this hotel.

Leaving the hotel was great (terrible experience). The chef is a real master of the kitchen, no doubt he's the best from all the hotel. I don't understand what's he doing working in a place like that.

They send me to other hotel (HolidayIn). Once arrived to the other hotel they told me that Sercotel never called about my transfer (Sercotel didn't answer their phone when called). From my experience I can tell you they like to lie instead to solve issue

The service of the staff was amazing! Such sweet and kind people.

The entire hotel smelled like mold. They were able to put a humidifier in my room but it still felt sticky in the room. The carpet had stains and looked really nasty. They offered to put me in another room but it wasn’t any better. The breakfast was subpar.

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and central. Hot breakfast each morning.

Rooms didn’t have a microwave & small fridge. This would have made our week stay more comfortable.

The waitress in the restaurant was very nice and caring!

There was an awful smell that appeared to come out of the Air Condition vents (I am not sure where it came from). It smelled like gasoline or DDT (the insectiside) or other chemicals. I am concerned that our stay there during one night may have consequences later on our health for inhealing those gases, whatever chemical they were. I would not recommend to anyone who appreciates their health to stay there.Also, the room and towels provided did not seem clean. The carpet was very dirty. I am not sure if the towels provided were the same provided to the previous guest.

it's in the heart of the city, accessible to foodshoppes and grocery stores, safe hotel, very near to F&F building (El Tornillo). Staff upgraded our room since it was my birthday and we arrived early to the hotel, she helped us checked in earlier for a little small fee with an upgrade room. Breakfast was so good!!!!! i love the free breakfast, we love the food, super tasty!

kinda old hotel, not so clean and expect an old furniture inside your room. it looks so basic and when you request for something from staffs like extra towel for example, it would take for long hours for them to deliver and sometimes not deliver at all. u need to call again and remind them that you requested for something. The water pressure on the shower is too low.

I liked the location and the bed was amazing.

The staff at the restaurant was very rude. The room smelled like urine and smoke. I found a roach in the bathroom on my 2nd day. No one came to change our towels or sheets for 4 days.

Good location for a short stay. Will not stay for more than 1 night in this property.

Very run down property. Shower was broken. Has a typical smell all over the property which is not pleasant.

This property is not a four star property! More like 2.5 stars! The only nice thing in this property are the house keeping ladies and the girls in the reception. Even the guys who work in the reception at night are not friendly or helpful!

Almost everything from cockroaches in the room to the fake old pictures on their website. This is hotel catfishing at its finest. Pictures look amazing and you get there and you understand you just fell into a trap. This hotel looks like it is closer to being shut down than anything else.
