Loved the view over the waterfront, comfortable beds the location, the roof top bar, the street level bar. All staff very friendly and helpful

Room was right next to the gym. Terrible soundproofing- all I could hear was early birds pounding the running machine. Room booked should have had a city view. My view was a car park and a gym directly opposite.

The bed and pillows were great! Clean and nice hotel with a great view.

I saw a sign for valet. Waited for valet, the. Called bc no one was coming out. The lady said they didn’t do valet. Then why is there a sign? Ok go to the parking garage, $50 a night. Then go to the front desk, I seemed to have interrupted a conversation between the girl and to men working there, waited a few minutes. “Hello, checking in?” No warm welcoming or smile. Woke up at 2am so hot the air just turned off.

Hotel was beautiful. Very modern design, very welcoming, convenient parking across the street and beautiful views!

This hotel is in an incredible location and has a very nice upscale feeling. Installations are modern, staff seems pretty nice, and likely the terrase is the best in Boston. Room was pretty big and well-equipped.

As pointed out by other reviewers, despite their best effort, the layout of the room is quite strange and even dangerous at some point, as the bed is too close to the TV stand. Some other reviewers pointed out the danger with the TV stand, but in my case, I had an accident due to the way the bed furniture is located and I fell pretty hard, badly hurting my knee.Fortunately other than the bad bruise there were no permanent injury to regret. Also the choice of seating and TV location is very strange; so overall a nice hotel, in an incredible location but the design flaws in my room are too serious as not to downgrade the rating.

Women’s World Cup - England in the semi finals. Tuned in to watch, only to find the TV app, Fox, not working as hotel renegotiating rates. No other channels showing. In the 21st century most hotels understand they have a global residency - this was very poor.

Location was great; that's about it! Oh and the staff in the restaurant were lovely. Food was okay but waitress and chef were super nice and welcoming.

Rooms weren't properly cleaned; room design / setup was bizarre (no closet even!); bathroom felt like a locker room; rooftop bar both nights we went up was a mess, dirty, everyone very drunk, most of it closed off for work parties; staff was very slow and lines to check in were long. Honestly very much over priced. Won't stay again and won't recommend.
