Perfect, safe spot right on canal street. The decor was phenomenal. Rooms were spacious, beds comfy and shower pressure was perfect. Staff were SO nice. They let us check in early and when our flight was leaving a few hours after check out, they let us keep our bags with them so we didn’t have to carry them around. Highly recommend staying at this hotel!

The location was great. Right on Canal and close to everything. The bar was nice. Would have been nice to have some live entertainment since they have a stage and piano. Room was spacious.
The shower was quite odd. Was not very guest friendly at all.

The location was perfect. Room was comfy. I am older, so the fact that there was not a lot of people there was nice. If, you are expecting the Burgundy Bar to be fun and exciting…it is not. I saw an average of 5 people in the 6 nights I stayed there. Website mentions a burlesque show on Fridays, it does not have that. I went to get breakfast on a couple of occasions, I was the only one there. There was a free standing coffee table, so I utilized that for the week. Staff was very nice and friendly. It is right next door to The Ruby Slipper, which serves great breakfast choices. My friends liked the Burgundy Bar ascetics, and the drinks were great.
There is no pool. I thought I had read that there was. I did not feel like breakfast is something that they are used to serving. It was always empty. There is a menu, and a good coffee menu, but because no one was in the cafe type restaurant, I ate Next door. My friends met me there.

We had a city view that was extremely noisy and then moved to another room which seemed like a down grade that only had one window . It was quiet.The location was perfect for our stay . It was walkable to all the things that we wanted to do.The staff were very nice .
The bed pillows were not great . The shower was a danger very slippery .No refrigerator for self use . If you get the breakfast included very limited .

Great location and accommodating staff.
The room we were assigned was in desperate need of an upgrade. Smelled badly and wasn't really clean. Did not meet 4 star standards.
