Knights Inn Fort Erie

I fell ill the day of our trip and called the hotel to see if there was anything they could do for me (despite the no cancelation policy) and the staff I spoke to was very rude and had zero compassion. They said they can't help and hung up on me.

Absolutely nothing!

Everything, it was filthy, disgusting, walls had dirt and grime all over them, front office staff parked in front of the rooms and you could hear them in/out there vehicles, noisy.

It's quite place and I like it.

Yes, the microwave is not clean. Since I need to use it so I cleaned it.

After much anger the staff corrected the situation. The phone was broken, the toilets were functional but perhaps new to them, but were dated

13 outside steps to enter our room when we were 78 and 82 years of age. Music thumping outside and 2 firetrucks with sirens blaring

There's was no free breakfast, wifi kept kicking out on us & my wife spilt a drink, so I used a already used towel to clean up mess & there was black marks left on towel from floor so disappointed from staying here

I stayed here for the location. The staff are very friendly and helpful This was the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed there in the past 6 years.

it is an older motel and still has that 70's feel in style and lay out. You need to take that into account. But it is a great hotel to stay in if you need to be close to old Fort Erie for the annual siege. (Just minutes away).

Hotel was the right price and convenient to the border. It was a bit out dated but clean. Breakfast wasnt much; but then again, I wasn''t expecting a lot. I was content with the hotel and would stay again, if passing through.

Older hotel/motel but clean enough. A little pricy, but it was a weekend.

Parking to close together side of truck was severely scratched from another guest vehicle.

Location. Very convenient to the QEW. Price was good. Staff was good.

We had to ask for a room on the first floor, was not offered. The claimed to have free wifi but wouldn't know it from literature in the room. The continental breakfast was below par with others we've had. Very sparse. Holes in the window screen.

This hotel was inexpensive and had an excellent location for getting to the Niagara Circle route bike trail. For the price, I have no complaints, even though it was pretty modest. It was basic, clean and simple, showing its wear as a pretty old motel.

If you expect much, don't stay here. It is cheap for a reason. The soundproofing is not great, but nothing was loud enough for me to complain about.

As the room was dirty there were lights out in the bathroom staff and owners had no concern for their guests in room with dingy meeting painting I was very uncomfortable the entire time I was there.

This is not two stars. This is a 50 year old hotel. The breakfast Is in the office with no place to sit. Carpets are dingy.

The price factor is a huge incentive, 20 min drive on a not so busy road. We were able to enjoy Niagara without breaking the bank.

Friendly staff. Location and price good for our needs.

No breakfast ! The water quality us very very poor for coffee in the room and the shower ! The water had black specs in it and there was no bath plug privided but I used a wash cloth! Thd bath water was gray and when I drained it, there were black chunks ? not sure if it was soot or what ???!!! Don't go there! Also there were fleas that bit me and I had to kill them ! The floor was not clean and the walls are like paper ! You hear EVERYTHING ! Put the air con fans/ heater ! They atleast work !!!!! Filthy !

Cleanliness is non existent! Poor water quality! Walls are thin ! Check the beds and floor for feas and bugs / fleas dead and alive in the bed/pillows/ under the bed is gross ! Very dirty !
