- I fell ill the day of our trip and called the hotel to see if there was anything they could do for me (despite the no cancelation policy) and the staff I spoke to was very rude and had zero compassion. They said they can't help and hung up on me.
- Everything, it was filthy, disgusting, walls had dirt and grime all over them, front office staff parked in front of the rooms and you could hear them in/out there vehicles, noisy.
- Yes, the microwave is not clean. Since I need to use it so I cleaned it.

Absolutely nothing!
