Pros +

• The staff were absolutely fabulous. Always helpful, smiling and made us feel very welcome.
• I really liked the studio apartmentspacious enough, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was large with a shower, and the daily cleaning and towel service were great. The kitchen had just enough for two, and the sunny balcony, though small, had a nice view and space to dry clothes. The pool area was nice with plenty of sunbeds, though its best to reserve one by 10 a.m. The pool bar was good, and breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly, and the property was well-maintained. I love this area of Tenerifeeverything is within walking distance, and I always stay nearby when I visit.

• Noise early in the morning
• The bed was a major issue for me. It was extremely hardfar beyond a firm mattressand made it very difficult to sleep. After three nights, I asked if anything could be done, and they did bring a slightly better mattress, but it was still too hard for both me and my husband. Unfortunately, this was a deal breaker. Ive stayed in this area six times over the last six years and never had to complain about a bed before. I decided to try a new hotel this time, but it didnt work out. If they upgrade the beds, I might consider coming back, but for now, I wont be returning.
