Friendly reception and nice view.

This is a super expensive hotel for what they offer. In my room there was no water boiler to drink a cup of tea or coffee, no fridge to cool my water bottle., the hair dryer was constantly on and off. The breakfast was OK.. but super crowded with noisy business people. The restaurant service was also very slow.. I can't believe I paid 1500 SEK for such a service, I will never go back to Scandic hotels

The building was very pretty

They could add a bottle of water/tea in the room. Body cream is always a plus for me, unfortunately there wasn’t any

Spacious room, nice breakfast

It said the hotel offered parking. Although there were paid parking lots nearby, the hotel itself doesn’t have any parking spots

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is decent

Sauna wasn't working the first night. Skybar wasn't open, the receptionist said permanently closed. This is not mentioned when you book. We asked for a double bed, which was confirmed, but when we arrived, our room had two single beds. We were given another room. The Internet is very poor as well.

Receptionist was super helpful sorting an issue with the taxi. Very nervous on arrival and she made it much more pleasant.

My room door (1508) didnt shut itsself properly and i went out once without it closing properly.

Staff, breakfast and modernized outlook.

Windows in our room were weirdly located, you had to jump or go down to see the landscape. Also the rooftop bar wasn't open everyday and not so late, we would have wanted to experience that. About the cleaness: our bathroom mirror had some texts written to it when it fogged.There could have been also a mini fridge/mini bar in our room.TV's Chromecast didn't work at all... A little old school option.

There was no Ac and window ,no toothbrush is really disappointing

Disappointing

No kettles in the room. No phone provided in the room to call reception. The lights in my room wasn’t working (flicker only) except for the bed lamp; means it hasn’t been maintained for a while. Most of hotels they provide umbrellas for rent but they had nothing (it’s not a big thing to blame them for) but at least a kettle in the room. And No water or anything. Might be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Cleanliness

Too basic. No tea or coffee in the room. No mini fridge.

We liked the design, the view, the breakfast. The inner city is easily reached by commuter train.

When we arrived the trash bin in the bathroom was full with the previous guests’ trash, there was no bodywash. Therefore we asked for cleaning and refill, the next day. Unfortunately, when we got back there was still no bodywash and had to get to the reception to get some.

It was convenient to industrial park where it is situated. Breakfast was good.

The location to the venue was appreciated. Was easy to reach by public transportation.

The bathroom was unclean. Looks outdated. There were no towels in the room… although we went down to the reception to fetch them.

The building is visually impressive and the location was convenient. Good AC

We were placed next to a very noisy room that the staff already had gotten complaints about. I complained the next morning, but since the loud guests were checking out that day, we stayed in the same room. At check-out, I asked if breakfast could be covered as a gesture for the inconvenience, and the receptionist agreed. Days later, I received messages claiming I never complained and was asked to pay for the breakfast. It seems no one actually checked with the staff who were working during our stay. The follow-up communication has been dismissive and frustrating. Poor service recovery and very disappointing overall.

Good value for money, nice building, close to train station, room for family of 5, good breakfast buffet.

Our room (floor, curtains) was bit run down. However for what we paid it was okay but there were small things which could be fixed quite easily.

Close to the metro station

It was far from the city, and there was hardly anything to do around the hotel.

Everything was perfect and clean, I loved the place and the facilities, the staff were amazing, especially the girl Jasmine that checked in us she was very nice.

The hotel is located in a high-rise building, and the views from the upper-floor rooms are absolutely breathtaking! Breakfast is varied and delicious, and the 22nd-floor wellness area is a real highlight — featuring a sauna, a gym with panoramic windows. There is even a ping-pong table on the ground floor.

On the downside, there’s no kettle in the room, and tea or coffee at the reception is available only for an extra charge. The breakfast area can get very crowded, with long lines even though guests are assigned specific time slots.

Breakfast was good , dinner was good , the cocktail at the bar was also good .

Lots of improvements needed on the cleaning, the rooms needs an extra cleaning…the roof top bar was closed

Convenient location - near the metro and not far from the airport.

They didn't provide a double bed, although there were plenty of free rooms. The bar didn't work, although it was indicated that it did.
