Not much entertainment at night or family shows

Food was amazing-great choices, lovely environment, excellent quality & taste.

No evening entertainment.

Service is great, you have a dedicated concierge and most employees do their best at making sure you're having a good time.There is a Michelin star restaurant, the food and the experience is good, but it's tough to get a table, it shouldn't have been this frictionful when you are already paying such a high daily rate.The spa water circuit is brilliant.No drunken antics, which is always appreciated when alcohol is part of an all-inclusive rate.

Food was not very remarkable, most breakfast and lunch options are generic buffet offerings that you'd find in mass market all-inclusive options. There are a couple of fancier offerings in the largest buffet restaurant, but the quality wasn't great.Dining options were supposed to be finer, but out of the ones we tried, only the Michelin star restaurant stood out, with the Italian restaurant being fair but nothing remarkable and the Asian restaurant felt a bit like a PF Chang's.The beachfront was quite disappointing, the sand was lovely but the sea level is ridiculously low and it's a very rocky walk. There was an algae invasion while we were there, but you can't blame the resort for that.There really aren't a lot of things to do in the hotel, most of the families just hung out by the pool. For a pool holiday, it's terribly expensive, and despite the price tag, it's really not a high-end resort, so it ends up being a pricier mass market all-inclusive on their amenities and food quality, with high-end level service. They should really look to cruise entertainment/activities for inspiration. The bike tour could have been a highlight, but due to a recent hurricane, the original route taking you through the jungle was replaced with a loop around the concrete road (the same route that shuttle vans do...)What was very annoying was how pool employees allowed guests to abuse pool lounger/seating hoarding. Guests would tip to keep their spots saved for the day/duration of their stay. This made using the adult-only pool particularly annoying, since it's a very small pool and having a large family do this, takes out one third of the seating/lounging options.One thing that was very uncomfortable was the service protocol when employees found themselves walking towards guests, as they all took to the edges of the path, stopped to let you through and smiled.

The building we stay probably next to hotel techinical spaces, 24 hour very loud noice and since night is calm voice feels like double. Main restaurant with open buffet is below the avarage

Great food and great service.

All the restaurants are pre booked. They advertise their great restaurant as part of the all-inclusive, but unless you book 6 monthsin in advance, you will not be able to enjoy the popular once.The beach is not good. Rocks and sea weeds, and the view is blocked by some artificial construction that they made to block the waves. If a great beach is important to you, look for some other resorts.

While all inclusive, after every consumption they presented a bill to make you tip. That came along pushy while it should be spontaneous for the great services.

Super friendly staff. Grand Class suites were awesome. Food and drinks were good. The entire property is spotless.

Make sure you make reservations for dinner ahead of your trip, unless you want to eat after 8:00 pm.

The staff is so attentive at all times. the customer service here is the best I’ve ever experienced at an all inclusive.

Everything! The room accommodations, food, drinks, staff, customer service, pools and views were all so perfect! We also loved the spa so much! One if the top 3 in the world.

The service at this resort is outstanding. Everyone was gracious and helpful and that includes front desk staff, maids, waiters , cleaning people ,hostesses etc.. Everyone! The SPA is the best of any resort we have ever been too and we've stayed at a lot of different resorts in Mexico. My wife says it was the best massage she has ever had.. We went 3 days. We had body wraps, massages and facials. Everyone at the spa is professional and outstanding. I have to give special shout to Oscar who provided the pool service. He was attentive and gracious at all times. There was also Edgar at the pool, everyone at the SPA and the Bars. I cant name them all but everyone was wonderful. I must however call out my concierge Santiago. he was by the far the best concierge we have ever had. He was my true definition for what concierge should be. He was attentive to our every need. He made all our restaurant and SPA reservations as well as our COVID test. I never had to track him down like at other resorts. I texted him and usually his response was immediate. I developed Swimmers ear and needed ear drops . I told Santiago who called the pharmacy off site and I had the ear drops within an hour. It was a joy and pleasure to have Santiago as our concierge. He was awesome!!!

The only thing I can think that was a negative was the ocean wasn't very swimmable except in spots because of the seaweed but that is all over Play del Carmen . Its not the resorts fault and they did an outstanding job cleaning up each morning.. The nighttime entertainment was okay but I have to be truthful , we've seen belter at other resorts in Cancun. But they were good and they tried really hard

Well manicured and maintained resort. Staff was exceptional and the food was scrumptious.

Due to covid situation less than 30% of the resort was open. Same with restaurants. The beach is not people friendly and there are way too many stones and cannot advance more than 10 feet from the shore. It is well maintained and there are daily crews cleaning the algaes.

The place, the staff, the food and restaurants are great. Our concierge Angel was very attentive, really awesome.
