The location of the resort was great.And overall our stay was nice.

The appliances in the room were outdated.The clocks hadn't been reset to the new time.Had to wait for hours to receive items like blankets, to have the sofa bed Cleaned up lots of crumbs on the sofa bed

this hotel was amazing, clean, and chill. the pool was clean and so much fun. The bar was open in november and 2 margaritas are cheaper than the cost of one at disney.

We stayed here to attend a funeral in the area so it accommodated our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean for the most part.

There were small insects crawling on the dresser and around the patio door. Could have been ants. We didn’t feel comfortable putting our clothes in the drawers so we kept them in our bags being that we only stayed for 2 nights.

The location and facilities are excellent.

I was unable to use the TV’s as smart ones in order to watch Netflix on them. The remote controls were universal and with them we couldn’t change the input source.

The location is absolutely perfect — safe, central, and close to everything we needed. All the hotel staff were kind, helpful, and truly outstanding. Their service made a big difference during our stay. The pool area was clean and pleasant as well.

The room was extremely outdated — everything inside seemed to be from the early 2000s or even older. The carpet had a strong musty smell, the dishwasher was unbelievably loud (like a farm tractor running in the room), and the phone didn’t work, so we had to walk to the front desk for any help. Communication via Booking was also very slow. For the price, I expected something more modern. This place really needs a full renovation.

The rooms are big and the pool is great! Also great location to stores and parks.

Housekeeping knocks way earlier than checkout time, which I find kinda rude and unprofessional. Had a few bugs in my room. Found Disney stickers on extra blanket so I feel like it wasn’t fresh. Told front desk about this and was just told “sorry”.

Spacious rooms. Walkable grounds. Beautiful family pool.

Dated but decent. Pool bar slow and food choices mediocre.

The location is close to so many things, shops and restaurants.

I enjoyed all the amenities, so everything was fine.

Location is very close to all the attractions. Across the street is a Wal-Mart which is great for groceries and anything else you may need.

The bed in the master bedroom was very lump and sagged. Not great for a good night's sleep.
