Employees were kind! Rooms were comfortable and clean! Great location to the beach!

The only thing I did not like about this hotel was nothing

Charming motel, nicely renovated with lots of extra touches. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the renovation of an old motel. Enjoyed sitting at the canal, and would have enjoyed kayaking or the bikes if we had stayed longer.

Very nice atmosphere. Continental breakfast on the patio, nicely decorated areas. Plenty of outdoor seating facing the marina. There is a restaurant next door. There is an ice machine/water dispenser that is ver handy, so bring your favorite tumbler!

No hooks or hangars in the room which means no place to hag a wet bathing suit. The only mirror is in the bathroom. The room comes with Hulu and Max, but the weak Wi-Fi dropped signal. You¿ll need a car. Beach is 2 miles down but is currently torn up.

The hotel has illegal electrical connections with extension cords everywhere. It has poor air conditioners that are loud and disturbs your sleep. We asked for extra towels, none were given and there was a used towel in the room hanging on the door.

Price and size.

No bedding for 3rd sleeping space and no response from any attempts to resolve including after hours emergency. 5th guest slept on the couch with no bedding or pillow.

The management is terrible and rude and the place is run down and dirty

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

It was poorly decorated. It seemed to be furnished with the cheapest decor as possible. Sounds came through the closed door from the busy street as well as from people walking past the door. The alarm clock was broken. The sink had no water pressure.

Staff onsite are very nice and rooms are clean. Access to kayaks and bikes were nice but they need maintenance.

This is 3 properties so we were not even booked at the one we thought it was. The road noise is loud. Ran out of toilet paper. Prices going through booking.com are almost double of what people were getting charged. Even called down to extended and thought we could get a better rate to only get told to use third party again. What we paid for 5 nights people are staying for 9-10 nights. And we had a housekeeper come in while we were playing cards in the afternoon to clean microwave although room already had service for the day.
