- no hot water for showers, the curtains did not hang on the rods, dirty, no kleenex, the door had a gap at the bottom and our feet were cold for the cold air coming through it, had to find our hotel and then find a different hotel to check in,

The location was close and convenient
The hotel was under construction, the room was dirty, multiple items were broken, lots of noise from the renovations going on. There were bugs in the lights, dead bugs on the lampshades, cobwebs, hair in the sink and the bathtub, smears on light switches.
