Just a very nice clean hotel with everything there for you

The drink was a bit pricey even for hotels.And we tried to get a taxi into the town but it was too long coming so we stayed put.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was first class Everywhere was clean and bright

When you come back to hotel in the evenings there was no real bar facilities

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The rooms were so spacious and I was delighted to have a bath in the en-suite . I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to my family and friends

The only criticism I would have is the lack of bar stools in the bar. I personally much prefer sitting at the bar than at a table. But that’s the only thing. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

The staff where very helpful an the facility’s where great the kids loved the pool an the brought out a wee cake an candle for my sons birthday without being asked

Easy to get to, staff really helpful. System issues on arrival no keys available they came and found us.

Friendly staff, a very warm welcome from reception on arrival. Restaurant, Breakfast and Domestic staff all very friendly and accomodating. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable room

The water temperature in shower and sink very very hot. Reported on check out. Breakfast was fine, if a little sparse on choice in terms of fruit and continental options could be better. This is a relatively minor issue that could be easily fixed. Some of the decor (floor and woodwork) in reception and hallways in need of cosmetic repair perhaps.

Had a great sleep in the comfortable beds.Really enjoyed all the food we had in the hotel.The pool was clean and not too busy.

Lobby area beautiful. Waitress lovely to kids.

Stayed 2 nights. No room serviced. Left for 3/4 hours and nothing done. Notice on door to service room. No new towels. Went for lunch in bar when arrived. A gentleman whome I presume was a manager didn't even say hello upon entering bar. Went back again that night for prebooked dinner with kids and same , no proper hello/acknowledgement at door of bar. Food wasn't great. Cooked breakfast wasn't very nice. Ordered eggs on muffin, muffin was almost wet on plate.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were helpful and friendly. GM walked through Breakfast and spoke to everyone was a nice to make everyone feel welcome.

Marc in the bar and restaurant os fantastic and looked after my son and myself during our match day stay over. Hes a credit to the hotel.

Lovely, friendly staff throughout the hotel. Rooms were comfy, spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and generous portions. Nice pool

I particularly liked the practice of serving the breakfast including the toast at the table rather than the buffet style used nowadays in most hotels. The quality of the breakfast was excellent. Also the staff were very approachable and ultra friendly.So take a bow management you run a top class hotel and I will certainly recommend it to my friends.Christy Crawford

I could not find any fault with the hotel

Breakfast was lovely. Fresh and hot. Everything was great. Quiet soundproof rooms.

Room could do with some tlc ,shower head not very good kept moving downwards, we had lunch and breakfast ,lunch good breakfast very good staff 10 out of 10.

Very hot in room only open window very little

Swimming pool, Sauna etc Gym

The food in the Atrium Bar was not great

Beautiful hotel, really nice rooms. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The food was very good.

Bedroom though basic was comfortable.

Cooked breakfast was very poor. Self-service area was untidy and unclean. Breakfast area manager showed no interest in guest's reported concerns.

Staff were exceptional.

Food was average, not a comfortable seat to be had.

Breakfast was delicious. Room was enormous and clean.

The bar waiting staff appeared to be quite unsure and confused at times. We asked for a drink 4 times before we asked a more senior member of staff who assisted us immediately.
