- We didn't have breakfast, we checked in too late to order breakfast. The guy working at reception at night was very welcoming, he knows exactly how to treat guests and also the lady at the kitchen and the handyman were quite pleasant.
Cons -
- The lady at reception during the day was very hostile. She still needs serious hospitality training. She's not welcoming at all, her facial expression and tone when she speaks is just cold. I believe she can be trained because she knows what to do, it's just that she's not a people's person. My thoughts were confirmed when I saw her interacting with other guests who came to check in.
