The Forni Hotel is located at the foot of the Saint-Gotthard Massif. It offers a restaurant, free WiFi, free parking and a small wellness area with sauna and Turkish bath. The rooms which were renovated in 2018 all come with cable TV and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The on-site restaurant provides guests with a variety of dishes and a fine wine selection. Surrounded by Alpine landscapes, Hotel & Restaurant Forni is located next to Airolo Train Station and close to the A2 motorway.

- Excellent staff. Good breakfast and good dinner
- Very friendly staff. Clean rooms.
- The breakfast was excellent; very glad to have it included in our cost! The location of the hotel was perfect, especially to us who arrived by train!
Cons -
- The restaurant food was no longer any good. The cook changed recently and the food was much better before. Dodgy seafood, tired bored meat. Undercooked uninteresting veggies, Maggie-type instant sauce. Felt slightly ill. Really disappointed because of my previous good experiences I was looking forward to eating here but never again. Sorry but you need to hear it.
