Pros +
- The location was good for where we needed to be.
- Did not stay the night due to the condition of the rm and cockroaches in room, TV not working went to call the desk phone not working and cockroach walked across hand.
Cons -
- Staff didn't want to be there and didn't want to be bothered and were not even the slightest bit friendly.The entire hotel was dirty. Construction in the "eating room". No actual food was offered despite it saying "included breakfast". Worst hotel "breakfast" i've seen. Fitness center was advertised but no, it was being used for storage. Room was exceptionally dirty. Walls and ceiling had cracks from leaks and drywall and paint were peeling off. Room phone didn't work when we tried to call the front desk. Bathroom was dirty and moldy and all fixtures were rusty. Shower head was loose like it was going to fall off. Sink had no water pressure, I mean literally a little stream. Floors were dirty. Clientele was also very shady. Not the place to take a family to. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, immediately canceled the second night. Pictures will not adequately show how bad it all was.
- The floor was off balanced. The sink was chipped all over. There were holes in the wall where the shower head was. You could see all the patch work on the walls. The remote worked half the time. The pillows were hard. They were doing construction work in the lobby were breakfast would have been served.
- The bed was broken the toilet was broken. I had kid run up and down the hall was . I dnt stay there I leave yesterday
