The room was nice and clean and the cleaning staff always came in promptly to put in fresh towels. The service was especially good for the buffet breakfast.The thin gal with the colored hair was particularly good. Front desk good.

The room was in need of redecorating . The bed was extremely uncomfortable it was a mattress on a wood platform base and was larger than the mattress ¿I have bruises on my legs as a result of getting in and out . I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was clean, beds comfy and staff was exceptionally nice. Will be staying there again on our return drive back to California..

Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and well maintained with one exception.

The exception was that the room door was broken. Never used my key to get in after the first time because all you had to do was push it open. The door plate was warped which meant that the deadbolt would also not work. The security block worked though.

Friendly check in staff.

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Also the temperature on the room was difficult to regulate.

Location was important as I attended a conference located at the hotel. It was very nice esthetic wise.

I left something and they could not locate it. A soccer tournament was in town with several dozen young girls that werw noisy and not controlled well by their parents.

The location is good, restaurant on premises and nicely decorated. Housekeeping was great - room was keep very clean. Staff were cheery and helpful.

The only problem we had was there was no hook to hang clothes on in the bathroom and there was no fan. The place would steam up after a shower and there was no way to air it out. The room rate is a little too high for Tulsa.

I really enjoyed how clean the rooms were. My husband and i were surprised there was a microwave in the room, it was very convenient.

I got kicked out of the continental breakfast because I didn't have shoes. The only shoes I had were heels, so I wore socks down to breakfast just to grab a plate and go back to our room. They wouldn't even allow me to grab breakfast and then leave.

The rooms are beautifully furnished, the facilities such as dining area/gym/pool are meticulously maintained and the staff is pleasant and professional

The bathroom would benefit from having an assistance bar on the wall for easier entry and exit in to the bath tub. The Sleep Number bed was very hard on my joints, regardless of setting. (I have rheumatoid arthritis)

1.That breakfast should have been complimentary. Nothing on it that I haven't got at other hotel chains for free.2.The pool and hot tub should have been conspicuously marked as closed to babies of diaper age. 2 women took a kid in diapers into both.yuck

The hotel is amazing, inside and out. The area is great as well. I liked the pool area, and the bar area. Breakfast was to die for, and an amazing price.

the manager was a complete rude, inconsiderate jerk. No customer service skills at all. Very short tempered, threatening and not accommodating to anyone. All he wanted to do is yell and complain to all of the guests.

The room was very clean and new there was no musty smell as in older hotels the bed was very comfortable the staff was very friendly very accommodating. You won't regret staying here. Coming from a very picky traveler.
