Great location nice facilities

Big room, pretty comfy beds. Good price.

Stairs only for second level. Dirty carpets in hallways. No room cleaning during stay (no extra clean towels provided), very thin blankets, parking not great.

Hotel room was good, facilities are clean. I think the best super 8 I have been. Plenty of parking spots. Location was fantastic if you are visiting Marana - if visiting Tucson it might be quite far away. Neighborhood felt safe.

Staff in the night (can remember his name) at the front desk was quite rude - he made me wait outside (in the cold at 3am) for a while (5-7 min) until telling me to use another door to enter the hotel. Also breakfast options are very limited not good at all.

Room was clean

To begin with, the front desk clerk was nowhere to be seen. We and other arriving guests waited around 20 minutes for the clerk to appear. In the room, 1the phone did not work. It was not even connected to the wall. It had no cords. There was no WiFi. Drapes did not close to block light from outside parking lot lantern. Clesr drapes were falling apart, and so was the bed linen. At check-in, the clerk commented that they were booked, and since we were tired from a long trip, we just hIt the sack. In the morning, during checkout, I pointed out those issues to the front desk clerk. He replied rudely that I should've asked for another room. He then went on rattling that they couldn't have been booked when we arrived at around 7:30 pm. That was the ice on the cake! Never stopping there again.

Looks good from the outside. Since the surrounding areas are full of nice hotels you expect the place is good too.

Now when you get to your room it’s different story. First thing the aircon is noisy, the drawers are full of dust, the carpet stinks. The security is not upgraded. Door going to your room intermittently unlocks. I would say very poor management.

The location was good, close to restaurants and the freeway

The breakfast options were usually non existent by 8 AM, eventually we gave up attempting to obtain breakfast and settled for coffee. The room needs to be refurbished, there was no hot water available at the bathroom vanity, there were burn holes in the bed cover, the curtains were poor.
