It was definitely worth the value. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, the staff were very helpful, and the food was amazing, with breakfast being outstanding. The beach, the activities, the fire show, and much more made the stay unforgettable.

The parking spot is too little. Another automobile parked too near to my car and scratched it.

We had a pleasant 3 days and 2 nights stay. The room was comfortable, the pool was great and very kids-friendly. The hotel is also conveniently located near the beach.

My wife and kids truly enjoyed everything — the great facilities, beautiful pool, relaxing environment, delicious restaurant, and the room which was so clean and comfortable.

When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed a major renovation was going on at the main lobby. Upon arrival, the staff seemed unsure how to welcome us. After parking the car, my family and I had to go up using the staircase, and we came across one of the staff — I believe he was a manager, possibly named Isaac Carl (if I’m not mistaken). His expression really upset me; there was no warm welcome at all. He looked as if he had just been scolded — it gave a very unpleasant first impression.

The hotel has one of the best locations — easy to find food with many restaurants, cafés, dessert shops, and convenience stores nearby.The room is comfortable and well-equipped with a hair dryer, prayer mat, iron, and ironing board. I especially love the shampoo with conditioner and the body gel — they smell amazing.Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they even welcome you with a refreshing drink upon arrival.The kids’ pool is huge, and the beach is just a short walk away — very convenient.Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come again.

Nice hôtel but could be better . The Fatima restaurant in the opposite is nice and local. The beach is Nice but we were too afraid of the sandfly warning ….the pool is good but the kids pool need to be cleaner. Kid club very Nice

Eventho its under renovation the staff belly boy especially still makes sure to bring your luggages to the room. The staff was so friendly, the hotel is clean, new room new deco! Loveee our stay

I recently stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and was pleasantly surprised—spacious, cozy, and truly worth every ringgit. The beach and pool area were impressively clean, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind.What really stood out was the newly decorated restaurant—it has a sleek modern Japanese vibe, and dining there with the stunning South China Sea as a backdrop was simply delightful.Although the lobby is still under renovation, it didn’t affect my stay at all. The staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting us with our luggage, and the spacious parking area made things so convenient.Location-wise, it’s a gem—just a short drive from some great local eateries. I was torn between staying here or another famous hotel somewhere near Teluk Cempedak, but I’m glad I chose this place. For the value, comfort, and experience, it was hands down the better choice.

The lobby is currently undergoing renovation until August (according to the friendly staff), but honestly, it didn’t bother me at all—everything else during my stay was absolutely superb.

Breakfast was average. Clean private beach and the kids pool was a hit for my kids. They enjoy it so much!

They charge for a drinking water. Most hotel give it for free ? and we requested for an extra pillow, was not allowed. The lobby was on a major renovation and its not convenient at all for parents with strollers.

The room is big and the location is ideal

The management can be more thoughtful of the drop off baggage area when the property was under renovation…There is no shade or canopy for the drop off area.It is troublesome if it rain.
