View, breakfast, champagne, spa facilities, having a champagne in the pool, amazing food in the restaurants, friendly and responsive staff, gave us a later checkout, steam room, heated lounge chairs.

I wish more special deal packages were available so I could come more often. :) A bit expensive for me. The outside pool was a bit cool but it was so nice to be outside!

Only the Thai service at dinner was not at a 5* level, not bringing drinks menu, not understanding local language nor English well.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. There was no valet service, no assistance with luggage upon arrival, and only one person handling everything at reception. This hotel feels more like it caters to residents, as part of the building is a residential complex. The room wasn’t very clean, and when we requested a kettle to boil water, it was never brought, despite calling twice. Instead, they only delivered a single tea cup. This hotel does not meet the standards of a five-star property and should be reclassified—perhaps as a hostel with a spa, rather than being listed as a luxury hotel.

The spa facilities and heated pools are just great. We also like the view when it is not foggy!Their Breakfast is also a beautiful experience.

I think it is in the middle of nowhere so when we found out that we couldn’t book the Thai restaurant, we left with only one choice. Luckily, we found a nice Sushi place which is just 12 minutes drive from the hotel.

Came here alone as a solo traveler and I must say i feel like in heaven! Very nice restaurants, I tried both Loyfah adn Collina, they were both excellent! Room is clean and spacious with enough toiletries. Love the pool area as well, the spa area was a 10/10

Nothing to complain!

The view from the hotel room and especially the excellent spa facilities is unparalleled. The staff is extremely friendly and I received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. All in all a great experience and I will definitely be back.

It was great stay, good cusine, nice spa. Very sad that you are not allowed to be with small kids even next to spa facility, even without actually using it. So that was a bit of suprised, since it is not advertised on booking.com while booking. Great breakfast.

Room service did not work, no madsages free, no table at the nicer restaurant for us as hotel guests available. This is just not 5* standard.

it was a very welcoming hotel :). clean and all people working in the reception are goodespecially waleed … waheed was a very helpful and extremely nice receptionist… he was one of the reasons I didn’t want to change the hotel although it was far from city :)

Excellent place with amazing views and great great facilities. The staff are all extremely helpful and the spa is simply incredible! The restaurants are also a one of a kind. overall amazing!!!
