The resort was just next to Bukit Tinggi, which is 5 minutes away by car. The weather was cooling and great to explore in. The hotel had a great gym, sauna and steam room with attached shower facilities, just that it is separated by gender and no couple sauna or steam room available. Also, you have to book your time ahead with reception. The room had a rainshower with great water pressure!

There was no restaurants or cafe aside from the one attached to the hotel, so be prepared to pay a hefty price for it, but the food was good and tasty. There is nothing much to do at night.

Staff are very friendly and make sure you have a comfortable experience; Facilities in general are good.

Toilet could use a bidet; some furniture and appliances are a bit dated

Away from the city in the hills. Quiet hotel with covered parking. Friendly and personal staff. Good house keeping team. Relaxing environment with cool and clean air.

Some portion of the hotel was getting a bit tired even though it looks well maintained.

Many place were closed including swimming pool, spa, sauna, bowling n tennis

Very friendly and helpful staff. Every staff we met greets us cheerfully with a big smile enquriing about out stay. Excellent housekeeping service. Extra bottles of mineral water were left in the room plus chocolate/cake during evening turn-out room service without us asking. The breakfast spread was good, and the food was delicious. The spa at the resort offered a variety of health and wellness services and we enjoyed their Swedish massage by well-trained masseurs.

Lack of benches/shelfs in our room for luggage which we have to put on the floor.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom with family . It was spacious and very well kept.

The pool restaurant was the only food option which took a very long time to serve food. Average 45 to 1 hour which was a disappointment specially when you are with kids.

The breakfast was good and has plenty of local and international spread.

Dinner served at La Vie could be improved

The location was good. Surrounded by forest and can hear the animal's sounds (monkey/insect/ bird). Best place for a short vacation and escape to nature.Have a variety food for breakfast and the taste is good. Love the swimming pool and the surrounding.

Amazing location, less than an hr outside KL.The nature and scenary was very good.The staff were very nice and very polite.Breakfast was quite nice, above average. Monkeys around the resort as well was a nice experience. The pool was very good for kids. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There a few activities around to do as well.

It was quite pricey booking during a public holiday. The surau looked neglected and smelled of damp and mould.

The TVs inside the unit may be abit outdated as they did not have ports for me to connect my HDMI cable. Would be nice if the TVs had Netflix as well. However just a small issue as other facilities provided were great.

Everything was very good; friendly and professional staff, great comfortable room, delicious food, all for a very reasonable price.

The hotel’s location is perfect. The duplex suite I stayed in was newly furnished and tastefully decorated. The view of the greenery was an added bonus and truly a blessing!The staff were kind and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. It’s also a perfect cooling zone if you’re burned out from stress and workload — a wonderful place to relax and recharge.

Breakfast was good.. The ambience is really nice. I totally had a great time here. Every staff there is polite and come forward to help us whenever we need help.

Maybe the variety of food for breakfast can be better.. I felt like I didn't have much choices

Nice place to chill, very picturesque and excellent staff and service from start to end. Clean room with functional bath tub.
