All good very nice hotel and nice helpful lady at reception. Room great and nice view of pool. Didn't use the pool and hot tub but looked great. Excellent location for main strip. I would stay here again.

The location is great.
Employee who checked me in was “meh”. Granted we arrived after 8pm but she seemed tired and did not engage in any mind of greeting. Our room was not one of the nice renovated rooms they are showing on TikTok…it was old and the floors were filthy. Had to wash my son’s feet after 5 mins of him playing. The WALLS ARE THIN! We heard EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING going on in the rooms next to us. You can hear a toilet flush next door. It’s very hard to sleep. Speaking of sleep the bed was one of the worst I’ve ever slept on. One of those you sink into when you lay down and not in a good way. Would not recommend! Only one who slept fine was our 6 yr old.

Excellent location located right behind broken yolk and the heart of downtown. Beautiful hotel, staff was amazing amenities were awesome cute patios great patio fire pool/jacuzzi comfortable bed and room love the ambiance

The location is amazing in downtown I'd highly recommend it. Our daughter especially loves a "night swim" when I goes dark but the pool is still warm. Free Starbucks in the morning also helps!
The only disappointing thing was the room service. Only having it done once on a six night stay.

At the end of a long drive on a very hot day it was great to be met by friendly helpful staff who got us checked-in easy (and a similar experience on the way out). The hotel is very central if you want to explore Palm Springs on foot. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
It's great that the hotel has a pool, but remember pools mean families and children. That's not a problem per se - just something to be aware of if you're thinking about chilling by the pool (so, not much of a problem really)

Great location, friendly staff and an overall great resort
The shared patio area…although it was secured, we could not just go straight to the car or enter to our room from the patio area. We had to walk around the building which was a bit of an inconvenience. That was the only negative
