- ROACHES, and poor customer service. Due to multiple roaches running across the floor, I checked out at 10:30pm. The front desk person said "all I can do is check you in & check you out". My refund request was denied without any sort of apology whatsoever.
- The restaurant and bar were closed on the weekend.
- The breakfast was average and never got refilled after 9am even though it was supposed to be open until 10am.

The AC unit in my room made weird noises, so much that I had to put a pillow over my head and ears so I could sleep. Just strange that they did not already know that??? I would not stay there again until I checked out the AC in the room first
