SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas Dfw Airport East/Las Colinas Irving

We’ve been staying at the Renaissance Hotel when in Las Colinas. It’s just not what it used to be, so we gave SHS a try. It was wonderful! When we checked in, there was a small reception available with finger foods and discounted beverages. Perfect. Then the shuttle drove us to dinner. Tito was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the area. We Ubered back to the hotel around midnight and was greeted by the night staff. Our room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was wonderful…breakfast casserole, meats, waffles, oatmeal, fruits, dairy products and coffee with flavored creamers. Check out was easy. Overall…this is what we look for in a hotel experience. Great experience!

**Staff - They were so very friendly and professional, and I can see they are very sincere to help me resolve any issues. In my case, I booked two rooms one for my family and the other for a friend's family, with non-refundable pre-paid option. My friend missed connecting flight and was not able to check in. My working with the rep at Booking.com, the front desk staff, and (I think) the hotel's back office, the check-in date is changed without any cost. My friend's family arrived in the next morning around 10AM, and the hotel staff checked them in. The front desk staff, Nicole and Wally (or Willi) always smiled and courteous and they were super!!** Breakfast - Excellent compared to any other hotels offering free breakfast or breakfast included in lodging cost. My family enjoyed the breakfast very much. I travel frequently for business and I can certainly compare them.** Airport Shuttle - Hotel provides courtesy airport shuttle, and my friend's family took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel in the morning.** Location - The location is near the DFW airport in Irving/Las Colinas, conveniently located at the crossing of 114 and President George Bush Turnpike.** Room - We were able to check-in early. Room was very clean and bed/pillows were very comfortable. ** Recommendation - I have no reservation whatsoever and I recommend this hotel very highly to anyone visiting the DFW area.

I cannot think of any that I didn't like about this hotel.

This hotel is very nice and comfortable we loved it , the room is big enough to fit for five people The breakfast was great variety of food and drinks, fresh fruit

Super clean, very comfortable beds. It is very close to the airport and I was concerned about safety of the area but the whole place is very late and very safe. I was very impressed with the quality of construction and furniture and the general Aura of the place. Absolutely lovely and will definitely return if I need to stay around Dallas airport again. Lots of parking available and reasonably secure in the area of the hotel

Nothing really everything was perfect

We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites! The location is convenient to DFW Airport and major highways. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a nice sitting area.

While the location is convenient, our experience was mixed. The room felt dated, with noisy air conditioning and a slightly musty smell. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and we had to request extra towels and toiletries. For the price, we expected better overall upkeep and service.

The location is good. The room was clean and spacious.

only had one trash can in the whole room and it was small.

The free shuttle bus was great. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean...maybe a little 'tired' here and there. I felt safe as a solo female traveller.

No bar or restaurant at weekends.

Tv kept messing up. Room very narrow and small. Beds super hard and pillows were flat. Unfriendly upfront staff. No outdoor pool or hot tub as shown on the website.

Great location and cost-benefit ratio. Really clean facilities.

Beds were not too comfy , they were extremely clean but they did not fit the needs of my back.
