Omni Dallas Hotel

Good location. Liked restaurants on property. Nice staff. Beautiful hotel.

The beds could have been softer. That was the only downside.

Cleanliness of the room and lobby. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was more than expected.

Staff Jade - we asked for a room close to the elevator. She said it was by the elevator but it was not, it was far. Also she charged me again for the room when I already prepaid for it and I still did not get my money back. Mercedes in the gift shop was rude, throwing my items on the counter. I asked for a bag and she tossed it didn't bother to put my items in the bag. I had to ask her to do it, she did it with a bad attitude.

Location. Staff is friendly. Had minor issues with deposit and they were able to alleviate the problem and comped my parking for a few days.

No Ice skating rink this year ?

The staff were very kind it didn’t matter who I spoke with they were helpful and compassionate. The location is amazing with connection into the convention center. The spa was a wonderful experience and the staff there were just as kind, helpful, and compassionate. Smooth check in/check out process. Came in on the weekend so it was a lot of guests who were having a night in/out but the staff managed to find a quiet room for us. Spacious rooms and wonderful views of the city. A lot to choose from when it comes to eating. Again the location is great so if you have meetings in the city or events elsewhere it made it easy to get to and from. I came during the offseason and felt the prices to be reasonable not really value or bang for your buck rather enough to justify the amenities, features, services, and what not.

Parking was a bit confusing, need to check in first and use your room key to avoid double paying for parking. The jets in the hot tub didn’t seem to be working during my stay or at least while I was visiting the rooftop pool. My “select guest” account (that gives you free wifi) didn’t sync to my stay, but I thought I had straightened that out before departure. Overall it was a fine stay and I don’t think these hiccups damage the experience when you’ve got such a helpful staff. Will definitely choose this hotel again for future stays in the area.

All staff were awesome from the room to front desk to pool to restaurant. I have never seen such consistently great service across an entire hotel. Great Hotel Stay!

Wifi can always be faster

Great location and facilities. Charged a daily internet fee of $20 which was not pleasant.

Beautiful place, location amazing, room spectacular especially the view, the lobby restaurant was ok but the one downstairs in the basement I think the older lady that worked there is rascist, extremely rude and I didn’t like how we were treated, but that’s a conversation for another day. Overall very content with the hotel would definitely love to stay here again

Centrally located and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

There were a couple of issues in our room. Bathroom tv didn’t work and fridge stopped cooling our last night there.

Location was perfect. Room was very clean. Breakfast and pizza restaurants were very good.

Was a little confused on the parking and having to use our room card to exit the garage.
