- Pillows weren't pillows at all. They were pillow cases with sheets inside... No I'm not kidding. Sheets on one bed were dirty (something hard and rubbery (like a gummy bear or super glue) and on the sofa sleeper the mattress pad was dirty. We were offered a 50% refund but it took two weeks after our stay to get it resolved. Should have been refunded at checkout.

It was nice being picked up quickly at the airport and the driver and front desk personnel were very nice.The room was a great size.
I was hoping to get shuttle to the port, but times available were limited. We were not told that our room key had to be inserted in order for our lights and phone to work. The breakfast was not good, the area was too small for the people to move around and the breakfast staff was not friendly.
