Hi-Lo Motel, Cafe and RV Park Mount Shasta Area

Room that faces RV camping had over flowing trash can that was never cleaned while I was there

Because I was a on an extended more than 3 day stay they gave me a place in a quieter location with a fridge which is awesome. I am planning on staying there again soon for an extended stay.

The charm of an earlier time. The adjacent diner. Quiet and restful for this weary yraveler.

Pretty expensive for a simple place.

Very small. No counter space. Shower water came out on floor. Thin walls. Room phone dead.

Although older, the room had nice furniture and it was clean.

The entry door had no dead bolt, only a chain.

The whole place had character. The front desk ladies were exceptionally nice and there was a cafe right next door. The room was dated but great for the price.

The location was right off the freeway. The creek in the back is ;ovely. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Will stay here again.

2nd stay. All good. I like the prearrival paperwork completed.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Registration paperwork can be completed prior to arrival, smoothing check in.

Parking lot is a one-way maze. Kind of sketchy and isolated back behind 3rd building and their RV Park.

Price was too much for not having a refrigerator microwave or coffee pot. The best room value for the money is three rivers in at the Oregon Junction.

Very tight spaced small parking lot. No microwave coffee pot or refrigerator.Price was $34 higher then what I paid for a nice room with the amenities listed above.

Convenient to Interstate 5, less expensive than hotels in nearby Mt. Shasta City.

Very much in need of renovation and TLC. The shower was so stingy it was barely functional. The soap dispenser on the wall didn't work. The washcloth was so threadbare it literally disintegrated when I tried to use it.

It was very peaceful they have a Creek in the back and the only problem the food at the cafe runs out to fast but I believe it is related to having less hours because the COVID-19 we will be back on our next vacation.

Staff very friendly, nice cafe connected good food. There is a nice creek to sit beside for leisure. A good stopping point on our travels. Will use again

Step back in time with this motel. Memories of staying in motels on Route 66. Super clean rooms and wonderful staff. The cafe is the best! Great food and the server went out of her way to make our meal perfect. Hope to stay there again one day!

The lobby was great, the restaurant was great, the front desk agent was helpful

No coffee in the room. The tradeoff was free coffee in the cafe.

Affordable and the young lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom door did not close correctly, you had to work at getting it to stay closed. Arrangement of room was small and not typical, tight to work around. And the bathroom/shower commodities; shampoo and body wash/soap dispensers were completely empty.

Cute little Motel. Room was completely remodeled and very clean. Proximity to cafe is very convenient. Great food and service.
