Comfortable bed, clean room, easy access to the attractions and the transport. Friendly staff.
The people in the adjoining room were using weed smoking. I was getting passive smoking and very uncomfortable. Luckily these people only moved in one day before my checking out. It would be great if there was a kettle to heat water to make some tea. I had to use the microwave. I had to go to the reception area each time to get water to drink.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were clean too. Pictures on booking.com are realistic. There was no street noise in our rooms. They offer valet parking for 45$.
The shower was very weak. Also, I received a weird email about using contactless check-in (which is not available), followed by information about CDC guidelines requiring face coverings in all indoor public areas of all their hotels. It is December of 2024, and Covid-related information is outdated and confusing.

It was a nice and clean hotel. The location was perfect.
We didn't have hot water our first night. I really hate their parking garage.

The property was well kept and our room location was quiet. I do like the security to get to the rooms floors.
I was not too fond of the rat that crossed my path on my way to the hotel's front door. I did not like that the complimentary happy hour and breakfast were not included as it is at other properties. The hotel was storing our bag for a late flight and I do think we still should have been able to get to the pool on the day of check out while storing our bags. We did a tour that was picking us up at another property 4 blocks away and it was refreshing to see that they put out complimentary lemon water for their guests on such a hot day.

It was a great location to reach everything by foot. The room was very clean. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The have a laundry room that was available for guests.
The parking situation was a little confusing in the beginning. Breakfast wasn’t free. You had to pay for parking.
