Cute boutique hotel super well located . Nice rooms .Great breakfast. Just top.

The location was perfect for enjoying Sarlat and driving around the region. The staff were very helpful prior to and during our trip. I'm glad we inquired about paid parking, which was well worth 12 Euros at a garage 5-min walk from the hotel. An issue with our shower was quickly resolved with moving us to a new room. The staff allowed us to keep our wine chilled and provided us with wine glasses for a pre-dinner drink. The breakfast was very good and well worth the cost. Breakfast options in the village (especially on Sunday) are limited. A very nice boutique hotel.
I've learned that small hotels come with small bathrooms. Getting around the bathroom could be a challenge, especially for very tall people.
Friendly, accomodating, helpful staff; clean, modern hotel; very good breakfast; excellent location. Would happily stay here again.
Very close to centre
Room very small no tea/ coffee making facilities in room.
Nice environment. City center.
It is way too expensive for what you get. Too old.
Great location. Good Value for the money. It has an elevator which is highly unusual and offsite, private parking which we loved. Bathroom was modern and clean.
The room was dark and laid out differently than anything we experienced elsewhere. Hotel desk is closed early, so expect that. Checkin was crowed with a busfull of tourists, but that is not their fault. We asked for ice and got a few, old cubes. No coffee in the room.
The hotel location is a short walking distance to the old town, tourist attractions, and restaurants/shops.We stayed in the TORNAÂD room for three nights. The room was clean with a big window, which opened up and faced the back of the building that provided us a few peaceful night's sleep. The bed was comfortable enough. The open shelvings, part of the wardrobe, provide a good spot to place some items of clothing/toiletries on it. The updated bathroom/shower had ample room and a big wash basin. If you plan on catching a train, as my husband and I did and ended up walking to the hotel, I suggest pre-book a taxi in advance or contacting the hotel for advice. The front desk/ foyer is very welcoming. All staff were very helpful, friendly and always with a smile.
There was minimal room on the vanity countertop for toiletries. My husband found the Wi-Fi too slow. We also found that the TV volume was restricted to a certain level, and it was difficult to hear.
Proximity to the centre of old town, friendly staff. Secure parking.
Bathroom too small meaning wc too close to wall. Kettle coffee and tea and water missing. Having to go down to breakfast area during the night does not substitute for facility in the room. Lighting insufficient.
We only liked the location.
We did not like the fact that the room, superior double, was basically a CLOSET with a full bathroom! Also the AC would not cool lower then 75, there was no bath shower gel left in the container, the bathroom had a window to the main street that had no privacy screens so when I turn on the light at night, people can see us using the bathroom! There was hardly any toilet paper so thank goodness we were only staying one night! I recommend you pass this hotel unless you are stuck for one night like we were!
Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast, great location
Great location. Nice breakfast. Nicely decorated.
The towels were terrible - very thin.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very pleasant - it’s location was perfect
The rooms were a little small although we knew that before we went and we were not disappointed - they offered great value for money
Close to the old town and restaurants. Easy to get out of town and into the countryside.
There was a very street market / festival with loud music and dancing on the street in front of our room which ran into the late night. This was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was overpriced for the basic offering.
The room was very good.Breakfast was very good, great value for money, very pleasant surroundings to have a start to the day.I would recommend this hotel
A bit of a tight squeeze between the toilet and the wall, but apart from that a good shower, good smelling soap…….
Breakfast adequate but not the best. Disappointed not even a bottle water in the room when we arrived.
I have a slight problem walking snd was upset to see that my room was on the 3rd floor and I cannot do lifts. 1st floor would have been ok. As I had booked the second quality rooms I was surprised to find that the cheaper rooms were not in the attic on the 3rd floor as was mine and my brothers . Room 32 and 36
Good location very helpful staff & a short walk away secure parking.
The decor was very dark .
Fabulous location on the edge of the old town
Off site parking- advised by staff to move from the free public parking 5 mins away to their secure parking area also off site (chargeable) due to potential damage risk.
