Staff and continental breakfast were great

Rooms didn't function,shower knows, had several bugs to kill, but beds were clean

Rooms were not clean it's smelled like mold, found a roach in our room got moved to a different room and there was a roach there too. Lobby is small.

The room was spacious and clean

Internet was down sometime

Room was of great size and the bed was comfortable

The bathtub was nasty and water would not drain out

Toilet ran all night and did not flush all the time. The smell of the room was musty and evidence of black mold on the ceiling in the main room, where we were sleeping.The shower stall also had evidence of black mold. We informed the staff of the problem

Continental breakfast was good, some different stuff each day. The pancake machine didn't work but staff that was keeping breakfast filled and running was clearly working very hard. You could take as much food as you wanted and made food was hot.

Room was ok, you could adjust AC in your own room but temperature did not appear to actually change. It was no big deal though.

Super friendly staff, responsive to our needs, great location. Very nice breakfast! Housekeeping staff was very conscientious.

Elevator was noisy and a little slow.. probably just needs a service call

The hotel has a very musty smell. The tub and tub enclosure was full of mold and rust. The water was turned off for part of our stay and the elevator was out of service for most of our stay.

Great location! Close to many good places to eat. Good breakfast!

Not a great pool. Mostly in the shade. The waterfall feature looked in need of repair. Only one elevator for 4 floors. The hotel was a little dated.

NEVER AGAIN! The smell of must/mold hits you as soon as you walk in room. Lobby is stuffy, you can tell they don¿t use AC. Music blasting in parking lot at 11PM. Hotel manager arguing that elevator works, after me being stuck on it.

Yes! This hotel is not clean. Our room smelled like mildew and our bed linens were damp. The fixtures on the walls were so old they were yellow. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If we had not arrived so late in the night we would have left

This HIE was rated 3 stars. It was more like a poor 2 star. Property needed repair.it wasn't clean.

The Hotel was out of Toilet paper!!!! OMG!!!!! How does something like that happen? Not impressed at all. We were presented with a box of Kleenex to use. Not good for the plumbing. Staff didn't seem to be upset at all. Will steer clear of this Hotel

The location is great for visiting my mother and only 10 minutes from Bonita Beach. The free breakfast is convenient and has a variety of foods. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I like the microwave, small fridge, and the pool.

The room had a musty smell. It would be better if they did not have carpet in the room, but maybe vinyl planks or tile. Although they sell snacks at the front desk, vending machines would be better.

Cockroaches in the room. Smells in the building. Breakfast was lacking, juice was out of order.

Staff is horrible. Hotel brags about having tesla charger but blocks it with ice vehicles even when I called in advance that I be arriving. Headquarters didn¿t like the way the staff treated me. Or that it was blocked

The mirror over the sink was like a nightlight. You couldn¿t see very well to put in eye drops, makeup, etc, Toilet ran all the time. I asked for a disc she said no. There was a work order in for both, which didn¿t help me and she gave me rm Anywa

The first room # 106 was a disgrace and should never have been offered to a guest , unclean , and the young fellow at the desk acted like he didn¿t give a hoot , we immediately asked for another room , would never recommend this hotel to anyone
