- Large # of front desk staff to assist premier rewards members when lengthy, regular line had only 2 staff. Pushing guest checkin until 4pm when rooms vacate by 11AM; Seems gimmicky to promote table & slot play over client comfort.

- Shower wouldn't drain. Booger on wall over toilet paper. Crumbs and stuff on phone when calling down. Sent guy up unclogged shower drain but left all the hair that was clogged on shower floor I have pictures of everything
