Large # of front desk staff to assist premier rewards members when lengthy, regular line had only 2 staff. Pushing guest checkin until 4pm when rooms vacate by 11AM; Seems gimmicky to promote table & slot play over client comfort.

The heavyset balding male host at the Borgata Buffett on Monday morning was quite rude

Shower wouldn't drain. Booger on wall over toilet paper. Crumbs and stuff on phone when calling down. Sent guy up unclogged shower drain but left all the hair that was clogged on shower floor I have pictures of everything

Too far out of reach from neighboring casinos. Prices of hotel goods, vending increased!! Hotel Fee!!!

No microwave and basic cable no movies stations like HBO, Starz or Cimemax about 40 something channels half news stations & no way to stream Netflix or any other apps.

Was underwhelmed by this service here for a 4 star hotel. The check-in time at 4pm already seems egregious but is tolerated. We arrived at a leisurely time around 5:30pm and was told we would have to wait another 30 minutes for a room.

Always a great stay at the Borgata!! Room was ready early, very clean & fresh. Love the new hand soap dispensers and Body wash, Shampoo & conditioner, a great plus for travelers.

I love the Borgata. Great location and services.

There were two empty cans of Red Bull in my refrigerator, and the desk was dusty. Poor QA this trip. Also, we ate dinner on Father's Day at The Homestead. Looked Great, we got the Rib Eye. Very tough, no discernable taste, used steak sauce to flavor.

Easy to get to

Waited 1/2 hr to check in. When finally got to check in the girl was not friendly. Room was not ready. Waited 1/2 hour again got text the room was ready then had to stand in the check in line again for 20 minutes to get keys. Horrible time to check in.

Employees were great, very helpful and very friendly.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was dated.
