The room was clean

Under construction, no hot water, no ac in hallways, smelled like pot, dirty halls.

Good location. Room was clean.

Loud construction. Sounded like it was right on the other side of the wall. At 7am. On a Saturday. Loud scratching, sawing, drilling. The works. when I was desperately trying to sleep before an appointment. The bathroom was missing conditioner. The water temp was not consistent in the shower. It would have been nice if booking.com had mentioned the construction because I probably would have booked elsewhere.

Close to area restaurants and shopping.

High cost of breakfast

Location is good.

This property really needs to be refurbished. Everything is very worn, from the mattress, the the shower with moldy caulking, to the AC unit that sounded like a jet engine and woke us up all night.

The location and enviroment was an excellent location to spend a weekend birthday trip with my significant other. We will surely consider this location in the future for stays.

Nothing, everything was amazing. Will definitely look into this location for future visits for vacations and recommendations to friends, family, and others.

The location was great.

I did not like the long walk to the elevator as a compromised client. My walking was limited.Also, it did not appear there was enough help. There was only one person at the front desk. I called with a request and the person who answered the phone told I had to retrieve what I needed because she was the only one there. Even earlier there was a line at the desk because there was only one person on duty.

They do not accept cash at all. The pillows were too soft.

Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping around. We wanted to stay away from the Historic District to avoid the traffic. This location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Check in was super fast & Robin was tremendous during our stay. She would text us to check in on how our stay was going & was there if we had any questions/needed help. A nice feature we loved is that we could use our phones as our room keys, which was so nice! This was our first trip to Savannah, and we will definitely be staying here again :)
