Location is good. And it's cheap.

Rooms are connected to other rooms your neighbors can party in the middle of night and reception won't help. The air conditioner was sounding like a truck... Everything was dirty. And our curtain was broken actually it wasn't moving up and down easily.

This Hotel is in a perfect location. Walkable to so many food choices. Subway is located right around the corner.

Great Location

The fridge in my room did not work. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The air conditioner was on a timer and the temperature of the room was fluctuating too much. Felt uncomfortable while sleeping

Big rooms, clean

They canceled my reservation although it has been pre paid, after an hour of explanation and proofs that I have paid the total amount (they even required bank statements for the “management”) they finally checked us in. No complementary service was offered for the inconvenience (breakfast or shuttle to the airport, moreover they didn’t agreed to have cash as a deposit (which was more convenient for me as a client). As a conclusion would not recommend to make advanced payment, the rooms are good though

The location of the hotel is great. We loved how close it was to amenities in the city, especially food and shopping options.

The booking experience could have been more straightforward.

Room was very noisy at night with sounds carrying form hallway and adjacent room.

No microwave

Great location, and outstanding staff. Great gym facility and perfect location for the lounge and pool table area. Some of the best food and shopping centers within less than 2 blocks away is very convenient. The nearest train stop is 2 blocks away, and literally the next stop over the bridge.

During my stay i got locked out of my room due to the battery for the key entrance died. They upgraded the lock system a week prior; but i noticed that staff woundnt be able to access the room incase of an emergency unless it via tapping an electronic key. I was immediately accommodated with a temporary room for the night.
