- No breakfast to evaluate. The desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was tidy and bathroom clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

- The middle of the night verbal altercation on the balcony and dog barking were a bit disturbing, but they settled down after about 15 minutes.
- Absolute wreck, the table was torn off the wall and in the middle of the floor. There was a dirty towel on the bed. The entire place was not livable. We asked for a refund and left.
