Good location, very nice facilities, great housekeeping, and friendly staff.
No balcony on the king suite and very limited options at the restaurant.

The location is convenient. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I love the fire pits and the pool.

Great location. Great prices
Certainly need more baggage carts.We saw some people use them to go the the pool. And when hotel employees came to the pool area-they just ignored the carts sitting outside

Nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was good.
Had to park across the street. They charged me for parking even though my reservation included it.

Everything was excellent! The staff was so kind and courteous and helpful. The room was clean. The complimentary coffee with creamer options were great. The pool and beach access were convenient. All around great stay.
Nothing negative to say about this property. Would like to see free parking but understand the reason.

The hotel was an excellent choice, very clean throughout, bed very comfortable and ocean view from the room, breakfast was good, hot and served quickly, a lady called Terica on front desk was friendly and extremely helpful
Sadly the restaurant was closed during our stay except for breakfast

The location was great. The pool was nice to look at and clean but not heated. Beds were comfortable. Front desk employee are wonderful.
The room had holes in the wall that were horribly repaired or not repaired at all. As well as holes on the exterior of the building on our balcony. The shower grout was filthy. There was only one elevator that made coming and going a nightmare. Especially being on the top floor with small children. They don’t have enough luggage carts. The pool was supposed to be heated it was not. The water was freezing. Specifically wanted a hotel with heated pool for my kids. The housekeeping staff is very rude.

Perfect location and all around nice hotel
No shuttle to restaurants and the pier shops
