Easy access to the airport

$15/night "resort fee" on top of the paid booking. This did not automatically mean housekeeping services. Apparently those services have to be specially requested to have clean towels or trash removal. Very loud at 4-5am with airport shuttle passengers.

Comfy bed with lots of pillows

There was hair in my bed, the bathroom floor was kind of dirty, and the hotel itself was really old and not updated. The airport shuttle also did not leave at the time I was told it would.

We were on the bottom level. The noise and the running around didn?t stop until well after midnight. By 3am staff was talking loud, up & down the stairs, outside walking around and talking.

It's small and well-kept, clean, no hassle, friendly staff, providing great service. It's not fancy, with limited amenities, but it is an exceptional value. It's a great place to retreat and relax, or to just take care of your buisness.

No, I've stayed there numerous times and the experience has been consistently good.

The room was nice and comfortable

My room was located under check in office didn't sleep because of office noises , I requested another room , ,they said they would but didn't charge my room, didn't clean room during my stay

Absolutely nothing. One of the needs had blood all over the sheets and pillows. The bathroom smelled like urine. There was food in the fridge. The microwave had a fowl smell and to use it you had to press hard the start button like 15 times to work.

Everything. It's been the worst most dingiest hotel I have ever stayed. On top of the room being a health risk, the over all appearance was lousy. And we couldn't even get any rest, with the people next door banging into the slamming the door.

There is only one thing I like about this hotel an available stay for me and my wife to spend the night resting before the flight home next day.

Place was clean and the day staff were nice.

The WiFi does not work and the horrible night front desk worker that was short with me, very rude, and when I called him out for it he tried to pick a fight and threatened to call police.

Price

The room was dirty and needs renovating. The bed was uncomfortable. The employees at the front desk were unfriendly. The housekeer opened the door to the room without warning me. The vending machines don't accept credit cards.

I appreciated that they accepted a package on my behalf that was being shipped to me there.

It needs an elevator, an ice machine and food and attraction information available for its customers.

Check in and out staff where amazing.

We had trouble with the TV working so we had asked for help after an 1hr, we did it out ourselves no one showed up. I got a soda out of the machine and it was absolutely disgusting. I looked and it's exasperation day was over a year ago. Waste of money.

This was the worst experience ever. I would have got a refund and slept in my car if I could. They are right on a highway and have ac¿s in the windows so all night all I could hear were the cars flying by.

Parking was awful. I was double parked in the hotel parking lot when I tried to leave to catch a flight

electrical outlets and lights didn't work. Loud truck and car traffic 50 feet from room day & night.

Staff were very accommodating
