- I did not like that the security guard at the hotel entrance insisted to know where we came from. We drove in via taxis about 6 times and on the last taxi entrance the guard wanted to know specifically where we were coming from. I reported him
- Minor complaints: seaweed on beach that they do try to clean up, no swim-up bar in pool, and no poolside/beachside waiter service.

Beach and pool were beautiful. Lots of chairs available to use. Resort was very clean. Staff were hardworking and helpful. Food was average but fine. Very close to main drag in PDC. Situated in a pretty neighborhood. Good value.
