I did not like that the security guard at the hotel entrance insisted to know where we came from. We drove in via taxis about 6 times and on the last taxi entrance the guard wanted to know specifically where we were coming from. I reported him

Beach and pool were beautiful. Lots of chairs available to use. Resort was very clean. Staff were hardworking and helpful. Food was average but fine. Very close to main drag in PDC. Situated in a pretty neighborhood. Good value.

Minor complaints: seaweed on beach that they do try to clean up, no swim-up bar in pool, and no poolside/beachside waiter service.

Friendly hard working staff. The common area facilities are clean and very well kept. The activities the staff and the resort offer are very engaging.

The food and beverages for our entire 10 day stay were sub par. Other than the fresh fruits and a very small salad section, the food was not good. The rooms are small and dated.

Front desk staff and excursion staff very helpful.

Food could of been better. Not enough staff for drinks of anykind Beach was full of seaweed

The room was nice and quiet.

The hotel doesn¿t restock room fridge, the food is disgusting and we got food poisoning, nothing is air conditioned - even the buffet (barf), staff was unfriendly, front desk is slow, there¿s no pool bar. Worst experience EVER.

Where do I start the food was horrible lacked flavor And we all got sick. The drinks tasted horrible like medicine I don't know what they used but even the beer and wine were so gross! Do not stay here for the all inclusive NOT WORTH IT !

Layout and pool location. Access to the beach was great too.

The food was just ok at times, and a couple times not ok on flavor or temperature. Overall, that is the only thing I would correct is the food selection, flavor and presentation. Portofino was an excellent Mediterranean restaurant, Great service and food

nice large beach , good for walking. beautiful grounds. small resort so rooms are close to pool and beach. nice staff and very comfy beds!

Beach area was nice. Wait for drinks was minimal to none at bar.

Buffet was merely okay. We had one of the few rooms with a jacuzzi but it sat low enough that you couldn¿t see over the wall when in it and the aerators didn¿t work, though I didn¿t try until the last night because of the limited view and didn¿t ask fixin

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort, but the main thing we enjoyed is we were able to walk to the sister resort. We had double the restaurants to try and double the fun activities to participate in. We paid for one resort and got to enjoy two.

Our stay was great, but there was one thing that threw us off and that was they didn't have wash clothes. I wish this was something we knew a head of time because we would have brought our own. We had to use towels to wash our face and bodies.

The location

The food was basically the same every day, and marginal at best. The beach area was never cleaned at night, and there were cups near chairs from the night before. The rooms needed maintenance, especially the bathroom. The beach bathroom was dirty.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Nice location in Playacar. Rooms are basic but most of our time was not in the rooms. Entertainment folks were fun.

Only allowed 2 fine dinning reservations for a 6 night stay, that is pretty shabby. Concierge required to sell timeshares pretty hard which torches some of the experience.

Staff was very good, very good meals and entertainment.

The rooms are average and the mattresses are yelling for unable update

The beach, different activities,food, mojitos were delicious.

Wifi was a little poor for people with international cell service. Breakfast was good not not much variety.

Very friendly personel, animation group was wonderful, very goood meals at every time.

They charged some phone calls that I didn't do it, thats why I made a complain and pay for it, but up to now nobody respond.

Staff was very nice and pleasant the food was good

The only thing that I didn't like is that they were no washcloths in the bathroom we asked but they sent us hand towels but the manager got us some after being there for 3days. I don't think the housekeeper understood us

The staff was incredibly professional and helpful

Another couple in our party booked and paid for an ocean view. Upon arrival, it was not available. The room they put them in at 7:00 pm wasn't even cleaned from the previous guest. The next day, the manager upgraded them, but it was quite a hassle.

I think the buffet and 24 hour bar/food at the beach is amazing! Not to mention how awesome all the staff were, they were always so cheerful and helpful it really made the stay pleasurable. The location on the beach is awesome!
