- Location and outdoor patio overlooking the ocean
- Excellent location
- The hotel was in a great location and was a very affordable price. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast in the morning and the views were beautiful from the restaurant.
Cons -
- Former reviewers were spot on with the hotel owners customer service. We were waived off by restaurant/hotel manager when we tried to return room key on check out. Very awkward to leave key on porch step because they refused to open the door.
- Our room did not have much of a view.
- The rooms were lacked the quaint cultural experience we were enjoying in other hotels in Italy. Updates to the decor would make a big difference in the experience. There are a lot of stairs, just like everywhere else in Cinque Terre.

The only thing nice about this hotel was the view.
This hotel claims to be a few steps away from the center but it¿s actually 110 steps to get up there. We were not told this until after we paid and had to carry four luggages without any help to our room. Room did not feel clean.

Please note that the property is accessed via 100 steps. Please note, guests must leave cars in the paid public parking, approximately 0.6 mi outside the historical center.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 5.0 is required at checkin.
