HILTON ST. AUGUSTINE HISTORIC BAYFRONT

The property was beautiful, clean and easy to navigate. Our room had a large balcony and a wonderful view of the bridge of lions. I used an office chair that was at a desk in the room to sit in front of the window and people watch. Also enjoyed the balcony in the morning. The rocking chairs were nice. The shower was ok except you had to get wet turning on the water lol. The toilet was loose from the floor but that’s my only concern. Everything else was very nice. We didn’t try the restaurant or bar in the main hotel area but the lobby was gorgeous. The valet parking was a nice addition as well since parking in that area can be tricky. We’d definitely stay here again!!

There’s nothing we didn’t like!

Our room had a view of the water. 2nd floor. Close to Hotel lobby, pool and restaurant. The hotel was within walking distance of stores, fort, restaurants, churches, Flager College and Lightner Museum. Beautiful beach was an easy 13 min. car trip. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper, Aurora, was the BEST!

Great location

The location is excellent. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The bathroom has sufficient lighting with good water pressure in the shower. The room was a good size with good storage.. We will stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights and one of those days the room was not cleaned very well, hair in the shower and on the floor, but the other 3 days it was spotless.

Not super helpful with where everything was at around town.

Loved the location. Staff was informative and friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable.

If I had to choose, it was the air in the room. I couldn't get it cold enough for me. The room was at 69, but it was very humid outside.

The extremely loud alarm that went off at 2:45 am!! and nobody at the front desk could explain why except for telling you it was for your own protection!! and “I don’t know- I was not there “. Then I received a statement which showed a balance of $332.72 despite having prepaid for 2 rooms over $600 with booking.com. After that and after speaking to the front desk I got 6 more emails with statements that showed only the parking fee for 1 night of $42.60 what they charge for 1 night. Why can you not send 1 correct email???

Location was excellent. Close to historic downtown restaurants and shops.

Property was worn. Stains and dents by shower. Safe in the room was barely secure on a pedestal in the closet. The closet door was off the track when we arrived.

We've stayed here a few times, always wonderful! Our trip to St Augustine was with family and specifically for Christmas. This hotel was beyond beautiful, it truly was amazing.

Manager and hotel employee at the Front desk were wonderful. Valets were awesome. Great location, could walk the town from hotel. Gym was great! Decided to stay an extra night and Josh made that happen for us. Had to change rooms but it was seamless.

The Air conditioner in the rooms were loud and didn¿t make for a restful sleep. Would come on and were so loud¿ woke us up through the night. Need to fix this. Also, the showers need better cleaning. Pink/orange mold around the shower bases.
