No body soap.. phone not plugged in. Ac way too loud

Manager and hotel employee at the Front desk were wonderful. Valets were awesome. Great location, could walk the town from hotel. Gym was great! Decided to stay an extra night and Josh made that happen for us. Had to change rooms but it was seamless.

The Air conditioner in the rooms were loud and didn¿t make for a restful sleep. Would come on and were so loud¿ woke us up through the night. Need to fix this. Also, the showers need better cleaning. Pink/orange mold around the shower bases.

The Location is perfect. 👍🏼

First floor room 127 it¿s the first room to the right ,are to much noice from the street and from the doors, people are so loud at middle night and you can sleep good , next time I will prefer another room upper level maybe its much better for rest.

Our rooms door to the balcony would not stat closed when you sat on the balcony. The air conditioner fan made a loud noise

Beautiful hotel. Excellent location within walking distance for restaurants, shopping, bars. Room was beautiful and clean. Great drinks at bar (although it wasn¿t open late enough).

Description of room was a little misleading. Reserved a balcony with water view. Room was corner room on back of hotel, so view from room was street. The balcony wrapped around side with sliver of water view.

Christmas decorations for Nights of Lights was outstanding. Location was excellent¿on the beach and in the middle of everything. Room was very clean and neat.

HVAC system was extremely loud; almost at the level of an electric leaf blower. Be sure to use the anti slip pad in the shower since the tile used is more slippery than some ice rinks I have skated on up north.

The location is great, walkable to everything.

We ordered room service on Valentine's Day and it all came in to-go boxes with plastic utensils. I was expecting real plates for the price. Also, the first night we stayed in the handicapped room on the first floor and it was very noisy. Didn't sleep...

The location is outstanding, and the valet parking is very convenient. The hotel is pretty well updated, and the bay front view from the balcony in our room was well worth it.

Of course, everything is a little less comfortable due to the pandemic. Would I have preferred to have daily housekeeping and room service? Absolutely. Are these extremely first-world, entitled nuisances? Certainly.

The entire place was spotless, welcoming and beautiful. The staff at every level (front desk, restaurant, house keeping, valet) were all very friendly and professional. Perfect location, waking to everything. We will definitely be returning and referring!

Proximity to Historical area of town was great. Walked to everything!

Our room location was not great--first room off the lobby and by an exit doorway. Rather noisy. Older hotel; had to have mechanic check our heat/ac, not working properly.

The staff was on point. Remembered my name from the minute I pulled up to the property, and the hotel was full. Very accommodating. They were outstanding.

Modern looking in a historic building and area. Also Happy hour in the hotel!

Staff was very nice and not pretentious.

The only thing wrong was the air conditioning vent high up blew on the beds and cycled on and off every 15 seconds. There is a fan/temp control that didn't seem to help. I didn't want to call the front desk during the late night to ask for assistance.

It's not the fault of the hotel, but it's a noisy location even from the second floor
