Pros +
- Loved that the location was right on Chocolate Ave walking distance to everything. The staff was so friendly and the rooms and pool very clean.
- It was cozy and clean
- Cleanliness, artwork/decoration, location
Cons -
- There was no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. A small table would have been needed.
- Limited amenities ? no shampoo, no closet space, no thermostat Also, it?s too easy to hear conversations from other rooms and when I put my TV program up to cover that, I got complaints that the TV was interfering with sleep in other rooms
- Did not like the surprise of $100 security deposit required at sign in! This demand was NOT listed on Simmons website. I am still waiting for the deposit to be returned to credit card. Stay was 12/1-12/11. Room was very small!!
