Nice hotel to be able to relax in. Breakfast was convenient.

Bathroom has small issues and cleanliness issues but nothing major. Breakfast was good but some of it you could tell was cheap food and eggs were bland.

Good location and staff

Noise from the service elevator, broken drawers, tub plugged up and the ventilation fan in bathroom didntvwork

Not far from Disneyland. Offers shuttle service.

Some plumbing sounds at night but not too loud.

Spacious rooms

Had to ask for toilet paper numerous times before it was sent, toilet was clogged , sink was backing up with sewage.

The staff was very friendly and very, very helpful when needed. The overall hotel was clean and well kept. The hospitality with the happy hour and breakfast was great.

Parking, I feel $25 a day for parking is a little extreme!

Great breakfast with made to order omelets. Free drinks and light snacks at evening reception. Close to Disney with easy to use app for shuttle.

Location and brand.

1. Maintenance call #1: Loud AC unit vibration. 2. Maintenance call #2: Refrigerator failed. A new one had to be installed. 3. Shower valve broken. Just spins. Then we listened to dripping shower for 2 straight nights. 4. The final straw. Cockroach.

The shuttle and breakfast are nice.

Yes, the air conditioners are old and loud make too much noise. Also, there in no hot water in this hotel. I stayed here every Disney trip over the last 15 years and never had this issue. But for two entire days, different time of day there was no hot.

Staff was nice and accommodating

The breakfast

For starters the elevators took forever. The bathtub leaked the whole time and we never had hot water. Or toilet was clogged when we got there and we got sent a plunger for us to plunge the clogged toilet.

Comfortable bed

Elevator takes forever and there is hardly any parking.

There was no signs, mind you... It was my birthday, Me and my kids came back from disneyland, I was so sore and I wanted to sit in the hot tub with a drink.... The manager came to me and said. Maybe next time you don't come down In a bathing suit. Wow.

Location is close to Disneyland

Dirty rooms with clogged bathtub drain and leaking faucet. Hotel was under renovation but was not disclosed on listing prior to booking. Only 2 out of the 4 elevators were functional which made it harder to go up and down the floors in a timely manner.

I love the layout of the room and the hot breakfast that is included.

The elevators run on the slower side.

It was conveniently located and the breakfast was decent.

Room smelled like smoke, and the toiletries seemed sub par.

Lobby looked nothing like photos. Tub drain was clogged/slow draining. Noisy A/C in room. Long check-in line. Vending machines didn¿t work and stole my money. Ice machines were out of ice. Fridge froze everything. I ¿splurged¿ on this disappointing hotel.

Location

This was a very disappointing experience. This hotel did not meet our expectations for the star level selected and it did not worth the money spent on. All the amenities were not available including the business center, pool and the gym. Same breakfast!

Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, easy shuttle to the parks. Breakfast not as good as usual but they are remodeling right now and im sure thats why. Hotel was quiet which was great after long noisy disney days.

Views and free breakfast. Breakfast workers were so very sweet and helpful.

Front desk staff was extremely rude - never have I dealt with such horrible customer service.
