Rivage Hotel Restaurant Lutry

Lovely hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff. The location was perfect and our room overlooked the beautiful lake. The restaurant was warm and cosy with wood burners. There was a good choice for breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome that made us feel comfortable. The front office staff were very responsive, informative, and genuinely kind. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful, large, clean, cozy, and warm, with all facilities working perfectly. But the highlight was definitely the incredible view— truly the best I have ever seen, overlooking the lake. Waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!

Good location, got it pretty cheap

Dusty, minibar fridge didn't work and nor did the radiator. A skirting panel was broken and the wallpaper was peeling off.

View from room was super! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Position in Lutry excellent!The weather was exceptional!

Would have appreciated a kettle in our room to make herbal tea

The lift was not working during our stay but the staff arranged to carry our bags up and down . They also arranged an alternate lift for us whenever we required it since e were all old people. Also they upgraded us to a lake facing room on the last day of our stay.

The breakfast was decent bu could have been better especially for the price charged

Beautiful accommodations on the lake, lovely view, restaurant serves delicious food.

It is an absolutely lovely place at the lake at any time of the year. We have stayed there for the fourth time this year and found an improved breakfast (including hot buffet). The staff very nice as always.

This year we were a bit dissappointed as the lift was out of order. To get to our room we had to climb to second floor and then come one floor down to get to our room. Last year we could go there through the conference room, which was convenient. This year witt luggage it was not a good experience.

The hotel is in a brilliant location with a frontage on the lake. It has a terrace overlooking the lake and a comfortable dining room. The staff were friendly, spoke good English and were very helpful. The bedroom was compact, but perfectly adequate for one person. The bed was comfortable and the bedding looked new. It was on the second floor but there is a lift and I noticed that the hotel also has a platform stairlift for wheelchair users. The location was great - a 5 minute walk to the bus stop for buses to Lausanne or 10 minutes to the station for trains to go further afield and free when you stay in a hotel in the Lausanne area.

I was surprised to find no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There was a coffee station on each landing but I had bought herbal tea bags with me and I couldn't figure out how to get hot water. There was no fridge in my room but bizarrely, my friend who was in the room next door, did have one. However, when the maid cleaned the room each day she turned off the room's electricity so the fridge never stayed cold. As it was October this wasn't too much of a problem but it would have been a nuisance in summer. I would have preferred breakfast to be inclusive, however we did have the flexibility to go elsewhere.

Gorgeous views, idyllic location, friendly staff

The location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Good food in the restaurant but more expensive than other restaurants in the village.

No kettle or coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms. There was a coffee machine out on the landing.
