Clean hotel. Accessible room worked well.

Difficult to get to. Hard to find in dark. Had to drive through neighborhood to get to hotel.

Location and the included breakfast

Beds are way too firm. Had to go purchase a mattress topper for my wife and I to get a restful nights sleep.

The Kingbed with foldout couch was not available when we arrived! We even called the hotel and advised them that we were running little bit late. The room we were put in smelled musty.

The rooms smelled stale and old. Towels were old and discolored.

Staff was friendly.

Beds where wore down and one bed had dirty sheets.Water pressure was almost nonexistent. Found a roach in the bathroom.

1) The pool & hot tub were nice. 2) The breakfast was small, but stocked up completely- nice! 3) The staff were welcoming

1) There wasn¿t an elevator! This was a first. Thankfully we didn¿t have much luggage bring on the 2nd floor. 2) They provided 3 small, uncomfortable pillows. 3) The towels were beyond low quality

Location

Pillows and towels were so old and worn out. Was told the pool was heated and up and working, it was not. The front desk shut the lights off on us 5min before pool closed. As if we weren't the only ones in an ice bath and we had to be treated like that.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good.

The room had a large puddle of water in front of the fridge. The towels were at least 10 years old and they looked and felt like it! The smoke detector was missing. The AC barely worked-not cold! No toilet paper in room! The pool water looked filthy! BAD!

Location and A/C

The staff, she was really rude to me when checking in, she was also on her phone for about 10 mins before she checked me in while i stood there. I peeked at her while she sat behind the wall to let her know i was standing there needing help.

Location and price

NO carpet- floor was gritty. Damage to wall in bathroom. Coffee maker didn't work. No plug to take bath. And worst of all - yappy dogs all day from other guest rooms!

Hotel has been updated but you can tell its an older place. Bathroom had some minor upkeep needed but over all it was good and clean.

The staff was wonderful and friendly and the room was in good condition

The hot tub in the pool area could use some work. That is the only thing negative I would have to say about the motel. Also, there was only towel per person, which makes it hard when you need multiple towels to dry off with especially to dry your hair.

Yes, the main stairs smelled too much of smoke, you could tell someone had been smoking there and the second night the whole hallway smelled like pot... not a very nice smell when you have babies, otherwise everything was nice

Checkin requiring credit card info for "possible damages"; room lamps not working; choice to use provided soap for handwashing or bathing but not both; no place to store "clean" washcloths/towels except on back of toilet; vent fan in bath inoperative.

Coffee, wood floors in the room.

The bathrooms seemed hastily repaired, leaking facet in the bath, cracked sink, wall panel screwed in and grout not professionally done.

The location was great, the room was large and clean and I could see my vehicle in the parking lot.

The employees were happy at work. That says a lot about what kind of managers they have.
