Sweeping terraces with fire pits are featured on-site. All spacious apartments at The Fairmont Heritage Place Ghirardelli Square include a fireplace and a high-end entertainment system. All bedrooms are designed with an enclosed glass shower in the private bathroom. Exposed brick walls in all apartments offer natural soundproofing and a preserved element of the original Ghirardelli Square façade. An in-unit washer and dryer are tucked away in a closet for guest use. Select apartments feature bay views. The location is great.The view was terrific. Having an apartment with a kitchen and a common area was great for our group. The rooms were clean. The furniture is not exacly new but it is not too tired. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great and facility as well. Many attractions around and it is walkable. Would like to appreciate Grace for her help and solving an issue that made our accommodation comfortable.Car parking with valet is free for customers and this very positive to this property.
I wish there is a sort of snacks available although there is a nice room/lounge with coffee & tea all the time for residents

Our second time staying at the Fairmont Ghirardelli Square - absolutely fabulous hotel. Great rooms, friendly staff and awesome location. Short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, with lots to do and great restaurants around the hotel.
