Nice place, family friendly

Too much noise due to events

Very close to main street and right next to beach.Clean tidy spacious rooms great for the family.Pool is a good addition for keeping kids entertained.

Very good location

It was very noisy especially my room located at the ground floor. The room soundproofing is very bad, as we could hear people talking and running around day and night.

the location was terrific. We enjoyed being able to walk along the water and it was very close to town.

We arrived after dark and it was a bit tricky to find the location.

Just ok location on Phillip Island.

Staff attitude was unfriendly and management was just were after extra money for a few minutes late checkout, even after putting humble request. Worst, they parked their service vehicle in front of our car, making sure we don't leave without paying.

The wide range of activities on the island

The car parking lot was too far from the unit and the closure of the cafe jin a peak period was very disappointing

Great little place with tons of room for 5 people and cooking facilities. Beach view. Easy walk to Cowes. Lovely common area in the resort with BBQ, pool and spa.

Needed a better power point near the bed or at least a usb port for phone.

Fantastic stay here, rooms and facilities were great. Everyone was welcoming and really helpful Nice location in Cowes, all restaurants and cafes close by On site Restaurant was excellent and highly recommend

Location is nice, close to the beach and easy short walk to town

Expensive for the facilities, but I guess the price likely reflects the location. Our sea view was really a tree view, still nice and you can hear the sea. Kitchen facilities are very limited and BBQ is electric and shared, behind the unit, so think carefully about what you want to cook for tea. Bed was not too comfy.

The property was clean and it had a great park and pool for the kids.The lady at reception was kind enough to give my husband some space to park his trailer with his track bike on our last night even though they were really busy. Very much appreciated.

Good location. Clean and the family room was a good size for us, 2 adults and 2 small children. The kids liked the park but we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as we only stayed one night.

Only thing I didn’t like is there wasn’t a secondary lock for your hotel door, if someone knows your code they can let themselves in. That personally makes me uncomfortable with having small children stay with us. I like when you go to a hotel you can usually double lock your door. Besides that, our stay was nice.

Great playground, beach access and close to the main shops of Cowes

Amazing location!

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable as the springs poked a bit resulting in feeling a bit sore in the morning. New quality mattress would be good. The ants in the kitchen were also annoying.

Beautiful room, super friendly staff.Will only be staying here when I go to phillip island in the future

Everything was great

Stepping out of the house onto the beach and hearing the waves. Just a relaxed atmosphere in a cosy beach house with a hot spa and all the cooking facilities we needed. Great for kids and experiencing the Aussie life was great for our overseas friends.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was adequate to our needs. It is a bit of a drive to the Penguin Parade which was the reason we were at Phillip Island.

The kitchenette was a little cramped but ideal for the space provided. I would have liked to see a bigger TV but having said this, it was a great spot and extremely clean

The gate to the beach was secure with a number pad to get out of the resort. The walkway could get rather busy with people going in and out. It could be noisy
