Kaloha Holiday Resort Phillip Island is a tropical, beachfront park, just 5 minutes' walk to the town center. It offers a large hot tub, saltwater solar heated swimming pool, children's playground and BBQ facilities. All rooms and apartments feature reverse cycle air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, ironing facilities and tea/coffee making supplies. Each includes a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Some accommodations offers a spa bath, kitchenettes and all motel rooms include free WiFi. The on-site, à la carte restaurant "The Palms" is open on limited hours for relaxed, evening dining, please contact hotel for availability Kaloha Holiday Resort Phillip Island is less than a 15-minute drive from Phillip Islands' major attractions including the world famous Penguin Parade, Grand Prix Circuit, Koala Conservation Center, Churchill Heritage Island and Amaze ‘N' Things Adventure Park.

- Location is very nice peaceful and room was very clean and comfortable. Parking wS so close to room that was no hassle to walk and shift the things to room. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
