The property was very clean and well lit. We arrived very late at night but were received by Linda at the front desk with such exceptional hospitality! The suite was very spacious and comfortable. Even though we were located so close to the highway, the room was very quiet and we enjoyed a relaxing night’s rest. Highly recommend!

The location was great. Staff was friendly.
The light on the mirror in the shower was not working. Not enough lighting. The shower curtain was to short water was everywhere

The staff is very helpful, polite and professional. The property is in a great location with many amenities close by and the hotel is very clean and smells good.
The beds aren’t comfortable and the breakfast isn’t good.

I liked the location. There's a walmart and restaurant right next door and very close to Sea world. Their breakfast was very good waffles, juice, eggs, and coffee. Wish they had more meat options other than sausage. The staff seemed friendly.
I was nervous about other reviews about the safety of my car. Mine ended up being fine. The room wasn't quite clean. Sheets were stained, and the room wasn't vacuumed well. Their indoor pool was freezing, so that was a bust on the swimming. Beds are a bit too firm for my liking.

There was a lot of parking available
Our bathtub backed up, the tv didn’t work, the refrigerator was just cool, there was only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel. All of ice machine was broken except the first floor, which was slow processing. We also got a second room and that bathroom smelled like sewage and there were hairs freshly shaven left behind in the shower. The maintenance did came to fix our bathroom, tv and refrigerator.

There was construction going on in the lobby and by the elevator.
