Room was comfy and clean w great AC. Location is safe and easy to get around. Staff is polite enough.
Staff did not know how to manage any of my requests (they were not crazy requests). Asked for towels, did not receive them. Upon checking in, asked to stay another night due to flight cancellations, they were frazzled and said they couldn't help because i booked on booking. Ended up booking another night on booking.com in front of them and requested to keep the same room so we didn't have to "check out." Person helping said maybe... but i will have to come down before check out and check again. Ended up being charged a whole room fee by hotel for no reason and called 4 different numbers over the week after and waited for 25 minutes to speak to the right billing person to get refunded. This customer service infrastructure seems like it's designed to get you to give up and just eat the bill.

Great location, helpful friendly staff, clean rooms
Vending was disguised as a room, and was difficult to find ice, plus would be nice to have actual glass wear in the luxury suites

location. good room size. quiet. access to fantastic gym. friendly and helpful staff. nice breakfast options. buzzy bar area.
bathrobes but not slippers. a lot of corporate conferences during of the day made it feel very busy.

The location can't be beat. Perfect, central location- making it easy to walk to nearby spots. The room was spacious.
There was only 1 bartender at the bar on a Friday night which made it chaotic and unorganized. There was also some event being held so there were way too many people in the area and the bartender was clearly overwhelmed and was less than pleasant. It took over 20mins to get our drinks and 15mins before we were even acknowledged to be able to order.
