The location is good but the hotel is not worth its price. It’s very inconvenient to park if you drive there. The hotel doesn’t have what normal hotels offer like microwave. I would not recommend using the hotel for vacation any more. That being said, most of the hotel staff were kind and professional.

The location of this hotel is central to South Beach activities. A short walk to great restaurants and sights. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful. We paid for an early check in and that was perfect for us to get some rest after a red-eye flight from the west coast!
While "tea" was offered, it was only Green Tea. I think there should be an assortment, including Black Tea.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. The spa is fantastic too. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely room, very comfy bed and good facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful, beautiful art deco design.
Nothing, great location. We didn't have any noise problems at all, you have to expect it to be busy outside as you are staying right on the main south beach drive but it didn't effect our sleep at all.

We came down to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff, the hotel, the location, and even the weather were all amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Location is great. Rooms as advertised. Staff were helpful overall. Pool was welcome alternative to beach.
Booked trip through hotel but then turned away by tour operator - full refund given. Towels were constantly in short supply for all our party‘s rooms - often had to ask.
