Pros +
- It was clean and we usually prefer Hampton.
- Good location. Thankful we were able to check in early after a long day of traveling.
- They cancelled my reservation and did not refund a penny. I had to pay for another hotel room. I will never book with booking.com or Hampton inn again!
Cons -
- My wife is disabled and we needed a bathtub with handicap rails. I was unable to find this as an option when I booked the room and figured we could fix it at the hotel. The person at the counter said there was nothing she could do and we were stuck with what we selected online. I was very unhappy because my wife had a long day of travel and struggles to use a regular shower.

It was clean and we usually prefer Hampton.
My wife is disabled and we needed a bathtub with handicap rails. I was unable to find this as an option when I booked the room and figured we could fix it at the hotel.
