- The Location is perfect and the staff was very friendly.
- The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is near many fantastic restaurants and other places of interest. Overall I would recommend it to everyone!
- The pool area is beautiful and the front desk staff was very accommodating

- The traffic in this part of Santo Domingo can be daunting, but that really has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just an FYI.
- The air conditioning was hot at all times specially at night, the control at the room is a joke, it doesn't work. To me that's a big problem, I may try it again, at this time, not sure.

The pool area is beautiful and the front desk staff was very accommodating
They were servicing the front of the hotel so driving in was difficult. The bathrooms require some extra attention. They could use new caulk and some of the metal pieces are rusted. The beds are extremely hard.
