Hotel employee was absolutely amazing!!!

Upon arrival, the entire hotel smelled heavily of marijuana inside and outside and the toilet in our room did not flush.

It feels very private and staff is accommodating. The location is good and off Lakeland so it clears off the noise.

There’s a lack of amenities for the price which can be overlooked because the location is great. The sound outside is a bit random, seems like big groups hang out on the sides of the hotel. Also the downstairs is kinda run down, two doors were broken.

The staff were all kind and assisted me promptly with any service I needed.

No pool

Just wish you had another location in north jackson by hwy 40 and I-220 area. Definitely stay at candle wood again with my family.

Staff and convenience clean facility

The staff, amenities, location and home feeling.

I reserved 3 rooms and when I arrived, all parties could not get a room on the first floor because the first floor is for members only (per managements policy).

Location and the air conditioning, bed and pillows were perfect.

The room smelled bad like wet carpet. No breakfast.

The room is big. The window lets in a good deal of light but has a good black-out curtain. The bed is really comfortable, and their small kitchen is great. We liked the big bathroom. Did not like shop or amount of towels at all.

There wasn¿t anything great about this hotel.

There was ZERO customer service at this hotel. If you needed anything you had to go get it. I called about a flood in the bathroom they never came. Had to wash the towels they claimed to never have any available.

Absolutely nothing.

Our room was filled with roaches. We moved to another room that also had roaches crawling on the counters and walls. Hotel employee informed us that the 2,3, & 4th floors was the dirtiest. 2 random men came into our room at 9:00AM one morning.

Room door locks were broken in first room. Second room had not been cleaned. Hotel stinks. Has automatic air fresheners on walls to mask smell. Lobby dirty. Old. People living there

Washer&Dryer was free!

My microwave didn't work and my linen had stains.

Location was perfect for the best restaurants and shopping.

The room was dark and stale. There was no cleaning service. Even when I put my towels outside the door they didn't give me fresh towels. When I called the front desk they told me to come get them. 2 girls were standing there chatting. Won't stay again

the smell was horrible and the staff tried to tell me my credit card was a prepaid card then charged me 25 to check in early

Location

Morning clerk wouldn't give my boyfriend any towels. She told him the hotel doesn't have any until the replenish.

The location was central to restaurants and shopping. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The air conditioner/heater and in room ice machine did not work. .
