- Front desk staff was EXCELLENT!!!
- Excellent location 3 blocks from the train station. Enjoyed the staff who were very helpful, and the restaurant where a wonderful buffet breakfast was provided (for us, it was for purchase). We enjoyed the room as well. Beautiful hotel.
- Hotel is within very easy walking distance of the train station and makes up for the noisy location. Staff is very good. Rooms were very large, especially by European standards.q

- We had A/C trouble at first and had to change rooms. No big deal. Mechanical things fail.
- The upholstered chair in the bedroom was in desparate need of new fabric. Terribly worn and dirty so that you did not want to sit on it. This was out of keeping with the rest of the place which was well kept and clean.
- reviews said hotel was noisy so I was not unprepared for noise that close to the rail station. It was more than station noise, noise from crowds until very early morning.
